About the group
Our group investigates physical processes at the Earth's surface. Our research is primarily focused on the relationship between climatic and erosional processes and their effects on the structure, evolution, and transport of sediment in mountain belts.
Fall excursion
In late September, the ESD and Biogeoscience groups travelled south to the Italian Pô Plain. The groups discussed major ideas in source-to-sink transport dynamics and investigated a few sites for future coursework. Check out photos from the trip below:
